About the Role
Lead the strategic development and delivery of marketing and recruitment activity, ensuring achievement of student recruitment targets across undergraduate and postgraduate provision.
Work closely with the University’s Student Recruitment & Marketing department and senior colleagues to optimise performance against key metrics including applications, conversion, retention, employability and student satisfaction.
About You
A higher degree (PhD or equivalent) and a strong academic profile
Extensive knowledge of the UK higher education sector and the health context
Significant experience in student recruitment, marketing strategy and data-driven decision-making
A proven track record of leading teams and delivering against strategic objectives
