About the Role
Lead the development of interior architectural documentation for luxury residential interiors from schematic design through construction documentation.
Produce, manage, and maintain highly detailed Revit models and drawing sets.
Develop detailed drawing packages for custom millwork, built-ins and architectural detailing, custom furniture, interior elevations, sections, and details.
Prepare and coordinate complete CD sets with a high level of accuracy and clarity.
Collaborate closely with the principal, design team, consultants, fabricators, and contractors.
Resolve technical design challenges while maintaining the integrity of the design intent.
Review site conditions, field dimensions, shop drawings, and RFIs as needed.
Ensure all documentation is aligned with project scope, code requirements, and construction realities.
