About the Role
The primary role of the Manager is to ensure that engagements assigned to the Senior Manager they report to within the organization are receiving the appropriate attention and direction from the Senior Analysts, Analysts and Coordinators that the Manager directly supervises.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership – Responsible for providing direction, support and mentorship to junior team members.
Project Management - Timely and accurately executes on project deliverables and key milestones and tasks.
Performance Management - Reviews key reports to ensure staff is appropriately utilized and performance metrics are consistently met.
Internal Collaboration - Works to meet the needs of the client while nurturing relationships (both internal and external).
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in claim administration or closely related field as a project manager or similar experience overseeing projects through to completion in a legal or services industry.
Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook with experience communicating technical business rules and requirements.
