Senior Business Partner, People & Culture

Plan International Australia · Melbourne, Australia

Join Plan International Australia as a Senior Business Partner, People & Culture to lead organisational transformation through people practices, capability and connected ways of working. You’ll ensure strategy becomes reality by coaching managers, designing performance systems, and embedding feminist leadership principles across a new portfolio-based structure focused on girls’ equality.

This is a high-impact, transformational role in a mission-driven organisation with hybrid work, wellbeing support, and strong diversity commitments.
