About the Role
As a File Transfer Administrator at OSC Technical Solutions, you will be the backbone of our secure data transfer infrastructure. You’ll manage and maintain WS_FTP, KiteWorks, and Box.com environments while supporting a major transition to KiteWorks over the next 8-12 months. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure compliance with security policies. We value initiative, technical excellence, and a collaborative spirit. What You Will Do
Manage and maintain WS_FTP, KiteWorks, and Box.com environments
Support the transition to KiteWorks over the next 8-12 months
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
Ensure compliance with security policies and protocols
Perform troubleshooting and analytics for file transfer systems
Implement and maintain backup and recovery procedures
Provide technical support for operational continuity
Ensure high sensitivity to confidential information
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in managed file transfer protocols such as FTP, SFTP and HTTP/S
Proficiency with Windows Server 2019/2022, TCP/IP, Active Directory and Azure cloud hosting
Strong troubleshooting and analytics with attention to detail
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staff
Proficient using Microsoft Office products, and industry-standard computer software
High degree of sensitivity regarding confidential information
Nice to Have
Cloud technology experience
Ability to performance tune through query optimization using related monitoring tools
Knowledge with current Technical Standards, IT Concepts, Administrative tools, Backup and Recovery, Disaster Recovery
Understanding of IT strategies and methodologies
