Join our team as a Food Technologist and contribute to the production of high-quality nuts. With a strong background in food science and technology, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest safety and quality standards.
About the Role
Develop and implement food safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
Conduct sensory evaluations and provide feedback on product development.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain food safety programs, including GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that raw materials meet quality standards.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology, Food Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in food processing, manufacturing, or quality assurance, preferably within the nut processing or FMCG industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety systems, including GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and related standards.
