What You Will Do
Lead the end-to-end design, implementation and continuous optimization of HR workflows and standard operations procedures (SOPs)
Develop and deploy training materials and process maps to educate the organization standard protocols
Evaluate and maintain onboarding efficacy in conjunction with managers and appropriate internal team members
