Global Rights Compliance is seeking an IT Officer to join our team in Ukraine. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day technical and operational IT support to ensure the smooth functioning of GRC’s IT infrastructure, systems, devices, and inventory management processes within Ukraine.
About the Role
Provide first-line technical support to teams, responding to hardware, software, connectivity, and network-related issues.
Provide in-person IT support and troubleshooting services as needed.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day technical and operational IT support to ensure the smooth functioning of GRC’s IT infrastructure, systems, devices, and inventory management processes within Ukraine.
Respond to hardware, software, connectivity, and network-related issues in a timely manner.
Provide in-person IT support and troubleshooting services as needed.
What We Are Looking For
Strong technical skills with experience in providing first-line technical support.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
