JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Family Practitioner - Kids Mental Health & Wellbeing
Status: Full Time - Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm
Program: Kids Mental Health & Wellbeing
Reports to: Executive Manager, Quality & Compliance
Salary: Negotiable, dependent on qualifications and experience
Plus: Superannuation at ATO SGP rate and excellent salary packaging
Plus: NAIDOC Day, Public Holidays, Ex Gratia Days at Easter and Christmas
Probationary period: A six-month probationary period applies to this role
Community Agency Employee Consent (CAEC) assessment for clearance as per ACT Childcare Youth & Families - Health & Community Services Directorate, guidelines and requirements. CAEC requirements are - completion of application and provision of current WWVP; current National Police Check; current Driver’s License; current Drivers history and 10 years residential address history.
