About the Role
This is a hybrid position that requires being in-office at least 2 times per week.
What You Will Do
Manage unemployment claims.
Process Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Forms and other duties as assigned.
Provide customer service to diverse stakeholders.
Work with employees, managers, executives, and outside stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
Five (5) years of combined experience and/or education in HR-related field.
Experience with Washington State SAP HRMS or equivalent Human Resource Management System.
Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
