As a temporary Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring timely payments and maintaining strong client relationships within our fast-growing real estate tech stack.
About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional to support our finance operations by managing accounts receivable, following up on overdue payments, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This is a high-impact, temporary role with the opportunity to contribute to our mission while working in a dynamic, hybrid-friendly environment.
What You Will Do
Manage and follow up on overdue accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.
Verify and reconcile payment records for accuracy and completeness.
Communicate with clients to resolve payment discrepancies or issues.
Support monthly financial reporting and data entry tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Adhere to internal policies and compliance standards for financial transactions.
Use CRM and accounting software to track and manage receivables.
Participate in process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in accounts receivable or collections (preferred but not required).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite).
Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based billing environment is a plus.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
