Status: Full Time - Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm
Program: Kids Mental Health & Wellbeing
Reports to: Executive Manager, Quality & Compliance
Salary: Negotiable, dependent on qualifications and experience
Plus: Superannuation at ATO SGP rate and excellent salary packaging
Plus: NAIDOC Day, Public Holidays, Ex Gratia Days at Easter and Christmas
Probationary period: A six-month probationary period applies to this role
Compulsory Clearances: ACT CY&F; Community Agency Employee Consent Assessment applies to role

Yerrabi Yurwang Child & Family Aboriginal Corporation is recruiting for a Family Practitioner - Kids Mental Health & Wellbeing to work closely with Aboriginal families, community, Elders, and partner services to build strong relationships, trust, and pathways. This includes both in-Hub support and outreach, helping ensure services are accessible to children and families in ways that feel safe, flexible and appropriate to their needs. This role also requires the successful applicant to obtain a Community Agency Employee Consent (CAEC) assessment for clearance as per ACT Childcare Youth & Families - Health & Community Services Directorate, guidelines and requirements. CAEC requirements are - completion of application and provision of current WWVP; current National Police Check; current Driver’s License; current Drivers history and 10 years residential address history.
