As an Influencer Manager/Talent Relations Specialist , you will be at the heart of our marketing, PR, and advertising efforts, driving engagement and expanding our reach through strategic partnerships. You'll work in a stimulating hybrid environment , blending the best of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
Overview: Immerse yourself in the exciting world of content creation, acting as the primary liaison between our brand and a diverse portfolio of influencers and content creators. You'll identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with top-tier talent, ensuring alignment with our brand values and campaign objectives.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive Influencer Relations strategies to elevate brand visibility and achieve marketing goals.
Proactively identify and onboard new Content Creators and influencers across various platforms.
Manage end-to-end Talent management , including contract negotiation, campaign briefing, content review, and performance tracking.
Provide exceptional Creator support , fostering strong, long-term relationships built on trust and mutual success.
Collaborate closely with internal marketing and PR teams to integrate influencer activities into broader campaigns.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to keep our strategies innovative and effective.
Analyze campaign performance data to generate insights and optimize future influencer initiatives.
Skills/Technologies: This role demands expertise in Talent management , sophisticated Influencer Relations , and unparalleled Talent Relations . You'll leverage your proficiency in Creator support and a deep understanding of the Content Creator landscape to drive success. Strong Negotiation , Communication Skills , and an aptitude for Social Media Marketing are paramount.

Job Requirements
Are you ready to make your mark as an Influencer Manager/Talent Relations Specialist ? We're looking for a dynamic individual who embodies passion, professionalism, and a profound understanding of the creator economy.
Required Skills: Demonstrated expertise in Talent management , with a proven track record of nurturing successful partnerships.
Exceptional proficiency in Influencer Relations and Talent Relations , capable of building and maintaining robust networks.
A genuine passion for Creator support , understanding the unique needs and challenges of content creators.
In-depth knowledge of the Content Creator landscape, including platform trends, best practices, and emerging talent.
Strong Negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills .
Proven ability in Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management .
Experience with Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing principles.
A knack for Relationship Building and fostering collaborative environments.
Understanding of Public Relations and Brand Partnerships .
Experience Requirements: We are seeking an Experienced professional with 3-7 years of dedicated experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or public relations, ideally within the marketing, PR, advertising, or media industries.
