About the Role
We're seeking a thoughtful and detail-oriented HR professional to join our remote team. As our Human Resources Coordinator, you'll work alongside the Director of HR on programs and processes that shape the employee experience at Intrinsic Digital.
What You Will Do
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies and other HR matters
Support learning and development initiatives, including building, assigning, and tracking training across the company
Help administer HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring they are clear, consistent, and compliant
Support employee relations by helping the Director of HR look into employee issues and bring them to resolution
