Join our team as an Administration & SLA Management Consultant and support the operational implementation and enhancement of our Service Level Agreement (SLA) framework. You will focus on SLA performance management, metrics design, service delivery coordination, and process improvement initiatives.
About the Role
Monitor SLA operational performance and coordinate corporate support services to ensure effective execution and responsiveness.
What We Are Looking For
Master’s degree in business administration, law, finance, systems information, project management, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in service management, project management, or related fields.
Ability to coordinate operational workstreams and analyze data.
Experience with KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
Proficiency in English and one other Bank official language (Spanish, French, or Portuguese).
