About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Office Architect to join our team at Dubai Misr Developments. As a key member of our technical office, you will be responsible for preparing, developing, and reviewing detailed architectural shop drawings and construction details.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, develop, and review detailed architectural shop drawings and construction details
Coordinate architectural drawings with Structural and MEP layouts to identify and resolve clashes before construction
Prepare material submittals, track consultant approvals, and raise Requests for Information (RFIs) to clarify design discrepancies
Perform accurate material take-offs and quantity surveying matching the project's Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
Track on-site variations and deliver final As-Built drawings upon project completion
