About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Health Care Assistant to join our medical equipment and consumables wholesale & Retail store.
Greet and advise customers on medical equipment (wheelchairs, walkers, blood pressure monitors, oxygen concentrators, mobility & Support, and consumables (gloves, bandages, syringes, wound dressings, etc.)
Demonstrate proper use of medical devices and equipment to customers.
Help customers select suitable products based on their needs and doctor’s recommendations. maintain accurate stock records.
Provide basic after-sales support and follow up with customers.
