Responsibilities
Source engineering candidates directly via LinkedIn, professional networks, and referrals
Write compelling outreach messages in Arabic and English that get responses
Screen CVs against our technical criteria and conduct first-round screening calls
Manage candidates through our pipeline in Zoho Recruit — clean records, clear stages, no lost candidates
Coordinate interviews between candidates and our technical leadership
Build and maintain a talent pool for recurring roles so future hiring gets faster
Support HR coordination: onboarding logistics, document collection, employee record updates
