We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Interior Designer to develop functional, aesthetically pleasing, and innovative interior spaces for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to transform design concepts into completed spaces that meet client expectations, budgets, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, budget, and project goals.
Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and space plans.
Prepare detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and presentations using design software.
Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, lighting, materials, and décor that align with the project vision.
Produce construction drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers throughout project execution.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design quality and compliance.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and material procurement.
Stay current with industry trends, building codes, sustainability practices, and emerging design technologies.
Address client feedback and implement design revisions as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Interior Designer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant design software.
Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, furniture, lighting, and color theory.
Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
