As a Finance Manager at our company, you will play a key role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring the accuracy of accounting operations. You will work closely with senior management to develop policies and procedures that drive business growth and profitability.
About the Role
Participate in setting the company's overall and strategic goals.
Set tactical objectives for the Finance department in line with the organization's goals and business plans at the management level.
Responsibilities:
Approving and guiding the operational objectives of subordinate departments.
Creating and updating the finance department's organizational structures according to business needs.
Ensuring all financial practices are sound and well recorded as per IFRS.
Organizing, controlling, and monitoring the company's accounting system.
Establishing general financial management policies that facilitate precise control over all financial transactions within the company.
Conducting feasibility studies for expansions to determine expected returns, cash flows, and return on investment.
Supervising all treasury, financing, banks, and cash flow operations across the whole company.
Preparing the company's general budget by coordinating with all departments.
