About the Role
As Grants Manager, you will lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and continuous improvement of grants systems and processes. You’ll oversee and support a growing grants team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture. You’ll ensure strong alignment with organisational strategy, governance, and compliance requirements. You’ll provide strategic oversight of grant management systems, including SmartyGrants, and drive best practice in grant-making, policy development, and program delivery. This is a strategic leadership position with real autonomy and purpose, where you’ll influence a high-impact grants program that supports Aboriginal-led initiatives. You’ll be part of a growing organisation committed to equity, partnership, and community outcomes. You’ll live and work in Darwin, at the heart of the Northern Territory.
