About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Giza, Egypt. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations, as well as excellent communication skills.
What You Will Do
Monitor and manage staff allocation across projects and departments.
Maintain and update manpower deployment records and resource utilization reports.
Coordinate employee onboarding, transfers, and project assignments.
Ensure timely registration, amendment, and termination of social insurance records.
Coordinate salary revisions, promotions, allowances, and employment status changes with the Finance Department.
