About the Role
You want to listen deeply to understand what drives and concerns the local communities that will shape Australia's energy future. You believe the people most affected by the energy transition should have a real voice in it. Whether working with renters, business owners, sparkies or local leaders, you bring people together to build local power, influence decision-makers and ensure communities benefit from cleaner, cheaper and more secure energy.
What You Will Do
Lead regional campaigns to engage communities in the transition to renewable energy;
Build relationships with key stakeholders, including community groups, businesses and government agencies;
Develop and implement campaign strategies to achieve specific goals and outcomes;
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination across all aspects of the campaign;
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement;
Contribute to the development of Solar Citizens' overall strategy and direction.
