We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Head of Quantity Surveyor Engineer to lead and manage all quantity surveying activities at the head office level.
About the Role
Lead and supervise the Quantity Surveying department and provide strategic commercial guidance across projects.
Review and manage project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
Oversee tendering processes, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations.
Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and final accounts.
Ensure proper preparation and review of BOQs, estimates, and payment certificates.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and procurement teams to maintain cost control.
Analyze project risks and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
