What You Will Do
Support the implementation of Clearwater’s technology platform for institutional clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and user adoption.
Provide technical guidance and training to clients during onboarding and post-go-live phases.
Document implementation processes and client-specific configurations for knowledge sharing.
Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed to ensure client satisfaction and system integrity.
Contribute to process improvements and best practices for implementation workflows.
Maintain strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and deliverables.
Participate in client meetings and technical reviews to ensure alignment with project goals.
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in technology implementation or client-facing roles in financial services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams and with clients.
Technical aptitude with an interest in financial technology and AI-driven platforms.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, documentation, and process consistency.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
Experience with financial systems or investment management platforms is a plus.
