About the Role
This remote role is part of UNICEF’s Private Sector Plan 2023-2027, focusing on individual loyalty donor programs. You will work with a global team to manage donor relationships, create content, and report on analytics to drive impact. The position requires fluency in Bulgarian and advanced English, with a focus on donor engagement and communication.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing donors.
Create and manage donor engagement content and communications.
Report on analytics and performance metrics to inform strategy.
Ensure effective communication with stakeholders using email and mobile messaging tools.
Support the implementation of the individual loyalty donor program.
Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals.
Contribute to the success of UNICEF’s Private Sector Plan 2023-2027.
Work remotely from any location within Bulgaria.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Six years of experience in Fundraising, Marketing, and Communications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Technical skills in e-mail tools and mobile messaging applications.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in Bulgarian.
Advanced level of English.
Nice to Have
Previous experience in telemarketing.
