About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to provide support during holiday leave for a consultant solicitor. The role is suited to a confident and self-sufficient fee earner who is comfortable managing files with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Managing residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
Taking client calls and providing clear, practical advice
Dealing with enquiries, requisitions, and lender requirements
Preparing reports on title and reporting to clients and lenders
Reviewing contracts, transfers, leases, and title documents
Liaising with agents, lenders, solicitors, and management companies
Handling exchange and completion processes
General file management and progression
