As Chief Executive Officer, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across advocacy, service delivery, organisational performance and financial sustainability. Working in partnership with the Board, you will strengthen organisational capability, lead a committed Executive team and build influential relationships with government, funders, community organisations and the Carer Gateway network.

What We Are Looking For
Relevant tertiary qualifications
Experience in senior executive leadership role
Experience leading government-funded services in community, health or disability NFP sectors
Experience working effectively with a Board or governing body
Demonstrated financial and commercial acumen
Experience leading organisational strategy, culture, change, digital transformation and innovation
Outstanding stakeholder engagement, advocacy and communication skills
Current National Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People registration
