We are seeking two highly organized and proactive individuals to join our team as Support Operations and Warehousing Specialists. In this role, you will manage daily warehouse workflows, oversee inventory accuracy, and coordinate timely order fulfillment. You will also play a critical role in managing floor staff schedules and maintaining strict safety standards to ensure a seamless, efficient supply chain operation.

You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and high-functioning warehouse environment while ensuring accurate inventory tracking and timely order delivery. Your leadership in scheduling and directing floor staff will directly impact our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Oversee daily warehouse activities to maintain a clean, organized, and high-functioning environment.
Coordinate outbound logistics and carrier schedules to ensure timely, accurate product delivery.
Supervise the picking, packing, and staging processes to meet daily customer order requirements.
Conduct regular physical counts, reconciliations, and audits to keep inventory tracking systems completely accurate.
Monitor stock levels, handle goods receiving, and optimize storage space utilization.
Create staff shift schedules and assign daily tasks to maximize team productivity and workflow efficiency.
Enforce company safety protocols and regulatory standards to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
What We Are Looking For
2–4 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
Strong team management abilities with experience scheduling and directing floor staff.
