Jeeves is seeking a contract Product Manager with accounting expertise to drive Accounting & Finance Automation. You’ll build products that automate manual workflows, ensure data accuracy, and connect Jeeves to ERP and accounting systems for 5,000+ global clients across 20+ countries. This role transforms how finance teams work, solving inefficiencies and enabling strategic focus.
About the Role
Jeeves is a groundbreaking financial operating system built for global businesses, offering corporate cards, cross-border payments, and spend management software. With operations in 20+ countries and 5,000+ clients, Jeeves is transforming the financial landscape. As our Accounting & Finance Automation PM, you’ll work remotely or hybrid from Latin America to build AI-powered solutions that finance teams trust and adopt. You’ll solve complex multi-market problems and shape the future of financial automation. Ideal candidates have either an accounting background with product experience or B2B SaaS/fintech PM experience with ERP integration. This is a 3–6 month contract with potential to extend, offering full-time hours and the chance to impact thousands of businesses.
What You Will Do
Ship improvements to the accounting user experience: spend data management, reconciliation, compliance, and audit trails
Identify and validate AI automation opportunities — prototype solutions, know when AI fits vs. when deterministic rules are required
Drive integration work with ERP and accounting platforms (NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.)
Run customer discovery with controllers and CFOs; turn findings into clear specs engineering can build
What We Are Looking For
Accounting background + product experience — CPA/accounting degree with 2+ years in accounting or finance operations, plus 2+ years in product roles on financial software
PM with financial systems experience — 3+ years of B2B SaaS/fintech PM experience building products that integrate with ERP or accounting platforms
Working knowledge of GAAP/IFRS
Strong analytical skills (SQL, data analysis)
Hands-on comfort prototyping with AI tools
Excellent written communication
LatAm accounting and compliance knowledge is a big plus
