We are seeking an HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and training.
About the Role
Provide support in all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and training.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and selection of new employees.
Employee relations and conflict resolution.
Benefits administration, including salary, leave, and other entitlements.
Training and development programs for employees.
Compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years post-NYSC experience in HR functions.
Efficient and focused with ability to work.
Working towards HR certification.
Solid knowledge of staff welfare & benefits, payroll, labour laws, recruitment & onboarding.
