We are seeking two qualified lawyers to join our team and work in a rewarding and hands-on environment. Our primary function is to protect and advance the native title rights and interests of the native title claimants and holders of the Goldfields Region.
About the Role
These new roles will play a critical part in supporting our mission and advancing our vision by providing high-level legal advice, representation, and project support to native title claimants, Prescribed Bodies Corporate (PBCs), and internal teams.
Working as part of project teams, you will contribute to native title claims, future act processes, mining and land tenure matters, and related negotiations.
You will collaborate closely with anthropologists, community relations professionals, other lawyers, the Principal Lawyer, Counsel, and other internal and external stakeholders, while supporting and empowering native title holders through legal advocacy, education and capacity building.
