About the Role
You'll research and collect site information to kick off land development projects and perform civil due diligence. You'll design and draft multi-building land development concept plans in AutoCAD Civil 3D, prepare schematic site plans, grading plans, and utility layouts to evaluate site capacity.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
2+ years of relevant experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
