Job Description
Arize AI is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented DevSecOps Engineer to join our fully remote team. As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining a seamless IT experience across the organization, managing Mac-only endpoints, cloud-based systems, and compliance workflows.

About the Role
Technical Support & Systems Management: Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for a fully remote workforce using MacBooks exclusively.
Security & Compliance: Support audits and evidence gathering for ISO 27001, SOC 2, and other compliance frameworks.
What You Will Do:
Manage Mac-only endpoints, cloud-based systems, and compliance workflows.
Develop and maintain scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement new technologies.
