What You Will Do
Provide hands-on care to post-operative patients including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance.
Monitor patient vitals and report concerns to medical staff promptly.
Maintain strict hygiene and infection control protocols.
Support patients through emotional and physical recovery with compassion and professionalism.
Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Adhere to all institutional policies and clinical guidelines.
What We Are Looking For
2+ years of experience in caregiving, hospital assistance, or post-operative care.
Proven knowledge of hygiene and infection control procedures.
Ability to assist with bathing, mobility, feeding, and daily activities.
Strong ability to monitor patients and report concerns.
Must be patient, compassionate, and professional.
Ability to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and staff.
