SAIC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Writer with extensive experience developing United States Air Force (USAF) Technical Orders (TOs) in compliance with the latest USAF Technical Manual Contract Requirements (TMCRs).
About the Role
The ideal candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in creating, revising, and managing technical documentation with a focus on effectiveness, accuracy, and usability to meet USAF mission requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, edit, review, and maintain USAF Technical Orders (TOs)
Ensure TOs meet content accuracy, formatting, and delivery requirements
Apply expertise in formatting TOs within SGML environments using Government-provided FOSI templates
