Mandate :
Technical production execution, machinery readiness & equipment lifecycle coordination
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise machine setup and operations, enforce usage discipline, and oversee operator activities and on-ground production execution
Ensure equipment reliability through downtime prevention and routine maintenance management
Maintain production stability, processing execution efficiency, and output discipline
Track raw materials usage, packaging inputs, and production consumables
Identify shortages, variances, and replenishment requirements
Detect and escalate technical or operational bottlenecks affecting production continuity
Monitor equipment utilisation patterns and capacity constraints
Direct and oversee in-house assistants and engage ad-hoc processing personnel as required to meet production and food processing demands
Define machinery, equipment upgrade, or expansion requirements based on: Production constraints, Processing capacity gaps, New SKUs, Facility user demand
Drive evaluation, acquisition coordination, and integration of new production equipment
Coordination with Product & Processing Manager for full alignment
