We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Maintenance Manager for our roofing and ceiling manufacturing facility. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will lead the electrical, electronic, and mechanical maintenance teams. Your primary focus will be optimizing the reliability, uptime, and efficiency of our production processes.

What You Will Do

Manage maintenance budgets and resources to ensure effective use of materials and personnel.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
