About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team and provide strategic guidance on HR-related matters.
What You Will Do
Provide strategic HR partnership to assigned units and HR leadership.
Manage a high-volume caseload of employee relations matters, including documentation and recommendations.
Lead or co-lead components of onboarding or new hire orientation.
What We Are Looking For
Five or more years of progressively responsible HR experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of at least five HR functional areas.
Three years of experience supervising or mentoring HR staff.
