About the Role
Vertiv Energy Pvt Ltd, a multinational corporation, is seeking motivated Field Telecom Technicians/Engineers to support maintenance and breakdown call services for telecom towers operated by Jio, Indus, and ATC. This is an onsite role based in Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand. The company provides training and requires candidates to bring their own laptop. Earnings are commission-based — the more sites you attend, the higher your income. Ideal for freshers with a minimum qualification of 10th Pass (SSC), 12th Pass (HSE), Diploma, Certificate Course (ITI), or Vocational Training. The hiring process includes aptitude test, GD (if required), technical test, and face-to-face interviews. This is a high-impact, hands-on role with direct exposure to telecom infrastructure and the opportunity to grow within the field.
What You Will Do
Attend maintenance and breakdown calls for telecom equipment.
Work onsite at various towers operated by Jio, Indus, and ATC.
Use your own laptop for documentation and reporting.
Follow company training protocols and procedures.
Maximize site attendance to earn commission-based income.
Ensure timely and effective resolution of equipment issues.
Report site conditions and equipment status to supervisors.
Comply with safety and operational guidelines.
What We Are Looking For
Fresher or entry-level candidate with no prior experience required.
