Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day online accommodation operations across multiple platforms.
Maintain accurate hotel inventory, rates, promotions and availability on hotel extranet systems.
Coordinate with hotel partners and suppliers to ensure smooth operational workflows and timely issue resolution.
Work closely with internal teams to support business requirements and operational targets.
Monitor online accommodation performance and address discrepancies related to bookings, rates or availability.
