Join our team as a Principal Field Applications Engineer for Silicon, where you will play a key role in driving the adoption of Arm technology in the datacenter market. As a senior technical expert, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and support to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
About the Role
Provide technical leadership and support to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders on Arm-based silicon solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive adoption of Arm technology in the datacenter market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and technologies.
What You Will Do
Develop and deliver technical presentations, training sessions, and workshops to customers and partners on Arm-based silicon solutions.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and partners via phone, email, or in-person visits.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain technical documentation, whitepapers, and case studies.
What We Are Looking For
Strong server platform expertise: CPU/memory hierarchy, PCIe, CXL awareness, NUMA fundamentals, firmware/OS bring-up.
Linux systems troubleshooting and performance analysis in data center environments.
Experience with large-scale data center networking and server integration (rack/cluster-level).
