About the Role
Neami National is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team in Darwin. As a key member of our management team, you will provide clinical leadership and guidance to our clinicians and intake officers.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical oversight and leadership to the multidisciplinary mental health teams of the ICRAS
Manage and develop a team of clinicians and intake officers
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the delivery of mental health services
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead with:
Formal tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or related
Current full registration as a Registered Nurse with current annual practicing certificate from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Proven experience at managing clinical teams within the area of mental health service delivery
Nice to Have
We are also looking for someone with:
Knowledge of local services, particularly relevant to the Stepped Model of Care
Post Graduate qualifications in Mental Health
