What You Will Do
Build polished, production-ready work from scratch with a solid grasp of design systems and component architecture.
Communicate confidently in English — discuss creative briefs, defend design decisions, and flag blockers early.
Manage your own time and consistently hit deadlines without being chased.
Deliver on commitments and communicate early if changes occur.
Ramp up quickly — absorb project context, align with style guides, and start producing valuable work within days.
Work remotely with minimal oversight — thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Collaborate directly with clients who have technical backgrounds.

What We Are Looking For
5+ years of experience in UI & UX Design.
3+ years of commercial experience with Figma.
5+ years with Prototyping/Product design.
Experience with Adobe.
Strong design craft — build polished, production-ready work from scratch.
Clear and confident communication in English.
High ownership, zero hand-holding — thrive working remotely.
Reliability — deliver on commitments and communicate early if changes occur.
