Join our team as Head of Engineering Services at First Bank of Nigeria Limited (FirstBank). We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our engineering services team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for designing strategy and technical methodology for the implementation of engineering services, operational goals, and quality to meet and exceed internal and external customer expectations.
About the Role
Lead the development and implementation of engineering strategies that align with the bank's overall business objectives.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
Manage a team of engineers to ensure effective delivery of projects and services.
What You Will Do
Design strategy and technical methodology for the implementation of engineering services, operational goals, and quality to meet and exceed internal and external customer expectations.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective delivery of projects and services.
What We Are Looking For
First degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) and registered with NSE and COREN.
Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience, with at least 3 years within a banking environment.
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team of engineers.
