Finance Officer Grants
The African Union Development Agency is seeking a Finance Officer Grants to support grants and budget management, project audits, financial reporting, and payment processing.
About the Role
Under the supervision of the Senior Finance Officer-Grants & Budget, the Finance Officer Grants will provide expert support in grants & budget management, project audit, financial reporting, processing of payments and settlement advances, bank & accounts reconciliations, and disbursement of funds to implementing entities.
Responsibilities
Ensure smooth grants administration under the supervision of the Senior Finance Officer.
Manage donor-funded projects.
Provide expert support in grants & budget management, project audit, financial reporting, processing of payments and settlement advances, bank & accounts reconciliations, and disbursement of funds to implementing entities.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1 year of experience in finance office managing donor-funded projects.
Experience in non-profit accounting principles.
Expertise in accounting, banking, budgeting and financial management.
Knowledge of IPSAS.
Certification in ACCA, CPA, or CIMA (advantageous).
