Join CESRO, one of Egypt's leading garment manufacturers, as we build out our HR function from the ground up. We're looking for a Human Resources Generalist to handle day-to-day people operations and keep our business running smoothly.
About the Role
You'll be the operational backbone of HR at CESRO, handling everything from contracts and attendance to employee relations and compliance. While the Recruiter focuses on hiring, you focus on everything that happens after someone joins.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
Track attendance, leaves, and overtime across all departments
Support payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and deduction data
Handle onboarding paperwork and employee file setup for new hires
Manage offboarding processes — final settlements, exit documentation
Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and issues
Support managers in handling performance and disciplinary matters in line with Egyptian labor law
Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance requirements
