About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Housekeeping Manager who can oversee our housekeeping department and ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing housekeeping procedures, schedules, and quality control measures.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping Department.
Ensure guest rooms, public areas, offices, restaurants, and back-of-house areas are maintained to exceptional cleanliness standards.
Develop and implement housekeeping procedures, schedules, and quality control measures.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
