About the Role
LifeOS is a small, agile team building a CRM-style web and mobile product. We’re looking for 1–2 junior full-stack developers to join us. You’ll be responsible for shipping features end-to-end, working directly with founders and a small dev team. We value ownership, fast iteration, and using AI tools like Cursor, Claude, and Copilot. No micromanagement — outcomes matter, how you get there is up to you. We’re based in India and work in a hybrid model.
What You Will Do
Ship features end-to-end using Flutter on the front and Node.js or Python (FastAPI) on the back.
Work directly with founders and a small dev team.
Use Supabase/Postgres for data management.
Own features from start to finish — no waiting for tickets.
Use AI tools like Cursor, Claude, and Copilot to boost productivity.
Deploy and maintain applications in a fast-moving environment.
Collaborate with the team to iterate quickly and learn from each release.
What We Are Looking For
Have shipped at least one real Flutter app (not just tutorials).
Be comfortable with Node.js or Python/FastAPI.
Have used Supabase, Firebase, or any Postgres.
Have a public GitHub with actual commits.
Be comfortable working in a hybrid, outcome-driven environment.
Be open to using AI tools to improve your workflow.
Be able to work independently and take ownership of your tasks.
Nice to Have
Experience with real-time systems.
Experience with AI integrations.
Experience with deployment and DevOps.
