As a Senior Salesforce Developer in the Architecture & Engineering EC, you’ll be part of a powerful collective of thinkers and experts shaping life-changing solutions. What You Will Do
Design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that automate and optimize business processes for global clients.
Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust implementations.
Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Apex callouts, web services, outbound messaging, middleware, and iPaaS tools.
Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Stay current with Salesforce innovations and best practices.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure security, authentication (OAuth 2.0), and system design standards are met.
What We Are Looking For
3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, Salesforce configuration, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience designing and implementing end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
Strong understanding of SDLC, system design, security, authentication (OAuth 2.0), and integration patterns.
Experience with Salesforce deployment tools, environments, and release management.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant).
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience with Salesforce Lifesciences Cloud, Agentforce, Salesforce DataCloud, Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud.
